Job Description:

Conduct basic user research, including surveys and interviews, to gather user feedback.

Assist in data collection, cleaning, and analysis to inform product strategy and decision-making.

Develop prototypes / proof-of concepts of applications to validate user needs.

Creation of communication materials and plan comms sessions to promote digital solutions.

Conduct research on new digital technologies and their potential applications.

Participate and contribute to the existing team routines / meetings.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a final year of a university degree program in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience in programming and data visualization tools is a plus.

Demonstrated interest in user experience (UX) principles and customer-centric design. 

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Enthusiasm for digital technologies, data-driven decision making, and product development.

Business-fluent in English
