Your Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented working student (all genders) to provide essential support in master data management. In addition, the person is characterized by his affinity for data and IT systems and knows how to compile and evaluate them.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience within a highly regulated industry while contributing to critical administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier records for applicable databases.
Collaborate with stakeholders to harmonize data, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Contribute to ongoing efforts to optimize master data processes and improve data quality.
Depending on the number of hours and interests, further in-depth tasks (e.g. Tableau, Palantir/Uptimize Foundry) can be assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, preferably of a technical university in Industrial engineering or engineering with a focus on data technology/datamanagement.Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.Knowledge of Tableau and Palantir/Uptimize Foundry is an asset.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to collaborate effectively within a team.Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulations (e.g., GxP, ISO 9001) is a plus.Proficient (C1) in English, second language is a plus.

Flexible hours, 15-20 hours per week.
