You will work in a cross-functional analytics team which introduces and further develops state-of-the art KPI dashboards for the Siemens Managing Board and other senior managers based on Power BI You will help us organize large datasets from various sources, establish ELT (Extract, Load, Transform) processes and collaborate with data engineers to ensure data integrity across systems for reporting purposes. You will create automated workflows and thus optimize our business processes. You will manage the access rights to our report suite and support users if required You will help us translate data into understandable insights for various stakeholders (such as marketing, product development, partner managers or customer experience teams) You will help us prepare management presentations in PowerPoint You will possibly write articles for our internal newsletter

Use your skills to move the world forward.

You are a master’s student with a bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field You have proven experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau You have very good and proven Excel skills and are not deterred by complex formulae First experiences in Power Automate or PowerApps are a plus You have excellent communication skills in English and ideally also in German, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner You have strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions Good editorial skills are a plus, as we regularly publish newsletter articles You are a team player with very high commitment, resilience, motivation and ability to learn Practical experience and recommendation letters from previous employers are a plus
