What you'll do 

As a Working Student focused on Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Product Success for the SAP Customer Experience Product Engineering organization, you will support our efforts to gather and analyze customer feedback, contributing to the improvement of our CX product portfolio and overall customer satisfaction.

Student (f/m/d) at a University or a University of Applied Sciences Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Management, Sales    Computer skills: MS Office, Power BI  Language skills: Fluent in English, German as a plus Soft skills: Analytical mindset, team player, expert in organizing, creative, time management, excellent communication skills  Others: Problem solving skills

Main Team Responsibilities

 

Voice of the Customers and Partners Customer Insights (NPS & C-SAT) I&CX Strategy Evangelism Strategic Customer Programs
