What you'll do
Customer Services & Delivery Germany (CS&D DE) is the largest SAP services provider in Germany, with nearly 1,500 employees. As a business partner and trusted advisor, we support companies of all sizes - from global corporations and medium-sized businesses to start-ups and public administration. We assist them in their digital transformation throughout the entire lifecycle - on-premise, hybrid, but especially in the cloud.
As a working student in the Management Office of CS&D DE, you will support various project management activities such as:

Creating high-quality presentations for management and all-employee meetings Creating social media visuals and posts Creating videos for various formats (kick-offs, internal communication) Applying new digital sales methods such as video communication Developing regular internal communication formats Developing industry and/or product expertise as a digital influencer for SAP Administrative tasks for the management team (executive assistant, communication, PMO)

 

What you bring

Student (m/f/d) at a university or university of applied sciences Preferred field of study: With a focus on social media and web design, computer science and communication, business administration, business informatics, psychology, media design, or related fields Computer skills: Experience with MS Office products such as Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint  Languages: Fluent German and English skills are a must  Weekly presence at the Walldorf office is mandatory (at least two days a week)  Soft skills: Good communication and networking skills as well as team spirit Willingness to learn and cooperate Creativity, motivation, and the ability to work in a structured and independent manner Sense of responsibility and the ability to approach and drive topics with an open and results-oriented mindset  Other Initial experience with SAP internal systems is an advantage Technical understanding and affinity, talent for IT solutions Analytical skills and the ability to grasp and process complex concepts Basic knowledge of software sales is an advantage Creation of conceptual presentations & videos

As the Management Office for the Head of Customer Services & Delivery Germany, we are responsible for the smooth execution of internal communication, strategic initiatives, and internal projects. Teamwork is a top priority for us. We are looking for a motivated student (m/f/d) who wants to be part of this highly professional team to support our business and assist with various project management and administrative tasks, including the creation of regular internal communication formats. Look forward to working creatively, being part of a great, collaborative management team, and gaining unique insights into the world of SAP consulting.
