Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

You will support us in completing the basic information in the register of processing activities (HDP register) within Marketing and SalesYou will assist in the annual DP assessment and in carrying out the necessary spot checks in accordance with the GDPR (e.g. structured questioning of process owners and collection of responses)You will also support the creation of training courses based on the guidelines provided by the legal department for the relevant business cases in marketing and salesYou will be involved in identifying typical use cases by setting up a tool landscape and data flow within Marketing and SalesYou support us in the creation of instructions for discovered marketing and sales use cases and their processing

Your qualifications and experience:

You are currently studying for a Bachelor's or Master's degree in law, legal science, data security, cybersecurity, computer science, business administration or a related degree programSpecialisation or courses in data protection, data protection law (e.g. GDPR), cyber security or compliance are highly desirableYou have good skills in the Office365 package, ideally you have knowledge in SQL/PythonYou have ideally knowledge of the tools used for data management, security or compliance (e.g. SAP Consent Management Solution, Microsoft Compliance Manager or similar platforms)Experience in documenting, reviewing or supporting the development of data protection policies and processes is a plusIdeally you are familiar with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and other relevant data protection laws

You have a very good command of written and spoken English, German is a plusYou have strong communication skills for working with cross-functional teamsYou have the ability to handle sensitive data accuratelyAre you for at least one year available?
