Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

You are supporting the Service Management team with a variety of tasks, like incident management, user management, and testingYou support the team in translating UI string and e-Mail templates and are involved in quality assurance, including application testsYou support the team in communication with our German user group and help investigate issues reported by usersYou communicate issues to the third level support and help them with replicating the issueYou support in creating reports by using means of the application and help to analyze the results, you also support managing data tables in Snowflake

Your qualifications and experience:

You are enrolled in a technical degree program, such as computer science or a related fieldYou are in your undergraduate studies or in an early phase of your master's studiesYou have experience in using SQL, Experience with Snowflake is a plusYou are experienced in working with standard Office365 applications, like Outlook, Word or Excel; Experience with PowerApps or Flow is a plus

You have very good German and English skills, both written and spokenYou are a team player and your ability to discuss relevant business topics in German and English are the basis for efficient and appropriate communication with colleagues and partners around the globeYou have a quick grasp of new tools and processesAnalytical skills, quick comprehension, and a high level of quality awareness in the implementation of work packages are among your strengthsYou are interested in information technology?
