Working Student (f/m/d) in Lab and IT-Infrastructure support

Position Summary

System LSI is a division within Samsung Semiconductors Europe dedicated to enhancing cars with cutting-edge infotainment systems and sensors to ensure safe driving. As a working student you will work closely with our SoC FAE team of System LSI division to setup and maintain remote connection to our lab space, support lab activities and develop Jenkins pipeline in build servers with your skills.

You are eager to gain knowledge and hands-on experiences the field of IT-Infrastructure at a world leading international semiconductor company? If you are available to work 3 days a week (20 hours) and are currently pursuing studies in technical field, we want to hear from you!

Role and Responsibilities

Establish and maintain remote connections to laboratory boards and equipmentOrganize and maintain lab space to ensure proper upkeep of equipment and adequate stock of suppliesOrganize build servers for various projects, including setting up shared accounts and integrating them into JenkinsMonitor servers and IT infrastructure to ensure seamless operation and minimal downtimeSet up mirror repositories to improve build efficiency and maintain their reliability

Skills and Qualifications

Successfully completed at least 2 years of study and currently enrolled in full-time bachelor or master program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or similarHave knowledge in CI/CD tool such as Jenkins/GitFamiliarity with a scripting language, ideally Python (knowledge in Groovy script is a plus)You enjoy working with Linux systemsYou are fluent in English, German is a plus
