Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

You support the team in the digitalization of processes and toolsYou work proactively on the design and maintenance of our SharePointYou influence the preparation and visualization of data and information in presentations and digital dashboards with your relevant experienceYou ensure quality and data integrity of our documents and data demonstrating your accurate and conscientious way of workingIn various projects, you will have the opportunity to work independently with many interesting internal partners on an international level and gain in-depth insights into the individual areas of the company

Your qualifications and experience:

You are studying in the field of business administration, economics, (business) informatics or a related degree programYou have a profound affinity for conscientious documentation, complex interrelationships, digitization and visualizationYou already have experience in creating and revising technical documentation in German and EnglishYou are proficient working with the entire Microsoft 365 suite and are familiar with applications such as SharePoint, Power Automate and/ or MS Power BI or similar

Attention to detail and a fundamental desire for high quality output are essential to working in governanceYou enjoy working self-motivated and independently, in a structured and responsible mannerYour communication and teamwork skills are strong and evident in your proactive collaboration with the team Very good German and English skills are a must for our work in an international environmentWe work flexibly and your work can be adapted regarding time and location once mutually agreedYou are looking to join our team for a period of at least 12 months, preferably even longer term
