Seize the opportunity and become part of our global People & Organization Business Partner Team for Smart Infrastructure – Grid Software (SI GSW) in Munich or Erlangen, home office option also possible. You will gain exciting insights into the P&O organization, which implements the global People Strategy in collaboration with SI GSW Management, drives change initiatives and shapes the future of Siemens. 

You support our P&O Business Partner Team conceptually and operationally in all P&O relevant topics (Comp&Ben, Talent Management, People Analytics etc.) You love to develop creative communication strategy concepts and content for online and social platforms such as newsletters, social media posts, etc. and are familiar with AI tools You make a valuable contribution to the preparation, implementation and follow-up of events and workshops Are you interested in current HR trends, such as Change, New Work, Agility, Diversity, etc.? Then you will support the team as a sparring partner for current P&O projects, bring creative ideas and participate in their execution You independently work on various reports and dashboards and prepare visually appealing presentations for the P&O Business Partners Last but not least: You support the team in all aspects of office management by also taking on operational tasks

You are currently studying for a bachelor’s or master’s degree. We welcome applicants from various fields of study, as we value your personality and passion for communication or human resources Previous experience in the field of HR Management is a plus Ideally, you already have some experience in getting to the core of complex topics and posting them on social media You are proficient in using common MS Office programs (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams) and are ideally familiar with Conceptboard You are curious, have strong communication skills and proactively engage in new topics with enthusiasm and have high quality standards for your work You are not afraid to question things and enjoy exploring new, unconventional paths You communicate confidently in English and German to operate at an international level
