As part of the central Strategic Development department, the Innovation Hub consists out of two exceptional teams - "AI Center of Excellence" and "Business Model Innovation". Together, they are at the forefront of incubating new business models, exploring groundbreaking technologies and representing the AI Center of Excellence within Siemens Financial Services. In this rapidly evolving landscape, we proactively evaluate, pilot, and scale innovative use cases to help SFS and Siemens AG stay ahead of the curve. By identifying emerging opportunities and addressing the evolving challenges in financing, we are committed to sustainably strengthening the competitiveness of our organization.

Through collaborative, cross-functional initiatives, we leverage data-driven insights and user-centric design to develop scalable solutions that drive tangible impact. You will support our team in projects to identify, evaluate, and validate new business models for captive financing by creating management presentations, calculations, and analyses.You will prepare workshops for idea generation and the evaluation of new ideas with a focus on AI.You will be involved in designing business plans for new business models.Together, we will work on the research and analysis of relevant activities in the field of innovation within Siemens, at Siemens' competitors, and in the FinTech market.You will experiment with new AI tech trends and tools to explore their application for Siemens Financial Services (SFS).You will actively bring your own ideas and suggestions to a young and dynamic team with enthusiasm.

 

What you need to make real what matters.

Tomorrow's business models move you, and you want to actively help shape the digital transformation of Siemens with new and innovative financing solutions.You are a great teammate, enthusiastic, open-minded, customer-focused, communicative, self-driven, and reliable, who likes to work in an international and diverse environment.You are a master student in business administration, economics, management and technology with a focus on finance, strategy, business mathematics or a similar field.First practical experience in a finance, consulting, auditing company is a plus.You have profound business and financial knowledge.You are fit to use MS Office tools (especially PowerPoint, Word).You have an interest in (Gen)AI and are motivated to delve into new technologies.
