Position Summary
System LSI is a division within Samsung Semiconductors Europe dedicated to enhancing cars with cutting-edge infotainment systems and sensors to ensure safe driving. You will support the SoC Field Application Engineering team that is responsible for customer technical support of ongoing projects.As a working student, you will support with creating JIRA dashboards, as well as keeping the sprints optimal by providing practical reports. You are eager to gain knowledge and hands-on experiences in the field of JIRA maintenance at a world leading international semiconductor company? You are available to work 3 days a week (20 hours) and are currently pursuing studies in a technical field? If so, we want to hear from you!
Role and Responsibilities
Create and maintain dashboards and use advanced filters from diverse JIRA systemsDesign weekly reports to support operational work and analyticsDevelop custom plugins to automate weekly reportsDevelop charts in reports to get the visual dataSkills and Qualifications
You have successfully completed at least 3 years of study and are currently enrolled in full-time studies of Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or similarYou have experiences in working with ticketing platformsYou have experiences with Jira (or similar) query languagePreferably, you have knowledge in ScrumYou are fluent in EnglishYou have strong communication skills and analytical mindsetWhat We Offer
