What you'll do
Support the development and daily execution of SAP’s University Alliances strategy in the DACH region, building strong relationships with universities and academic partners. Coordinate events, workshops, and academic programs, helping to connect students and faculty with SAP’s program. Manage daily tasks to ensure partners have the resources they need. Write ready-to-publish newsletters, blogs, and social media posts in both English and German, ensuring a consistent and engaging communication style across all platforms. Bring creative ideas to make the academic engagement program more impactful. Work with other SAP teams worlwide to enhance student and faculty experiences. The position will be based at our location in Berlin
What you bring
You are enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program with at least one year remaining. You are studying in a relevant field such as business administration, marketing, or communication. You are passionate about event planning and execution, with a strong interest in the tech industry You have strong German communication skills, especially in preparing and editing materials for external audiences. You are self-motivated, proactive with a strong team-oriented mindset You have good knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), able to work creatively and independently to drive topics forward with limited guidance. You have strong analytical abilities and you are capable of independent, conceptual work Your are open to occasional evening work to support event activities etc.
Meet your team
The global SAP University Alliances (UA) program supports faculty from member institutions around the world to offer hands-on classroom and lab experiences with SAP software to their students. SAP UA provides access to software licenses, instructional workshops and conferences for professors, course materials, guest lectures and other instructional aids to colleges and universities worldwide.
The global team has national and regional chapters. In this role, you will work directly with the responsible person for the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) region as well as another working student on daily topics as well as national/international topics. Within our team, we practice a trust-based working model. If you need to work flexibly from another location or at another time you can do so given your manager’s approval.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
