Working Student (f/m/d) Sustainability Due Diligence

Mode of Employment: Limited; max. 16-20 h / week for 6 months with option for extension

At Siemens, sustainability and responsible business conduct is not just a promise but lived practice. From within our global team, you will play a supporting role in ensuring that we continue this path with determination and deliberation. You support identifying and assessing environmental, social, and associated human rights and reputational risks as part of our downstream due diligence practices. You help keep up to date with trending controversial topics entailing environmental, social, and human rights related risks by leveraging external databases and internal intelligence. You help analyze data and synthesize key risk findings towards internal stakeholder groups to support decision-making. You support project management, communication, and coordination for our environmental, social, and associated human rights and reputational risks in customer business  

What you need to make real what matters. 

You are about to start or currently undertaking a master’s study ideally in sustainability, human rights, business, economics, or related field. You have strong analytical skills, a structured way of thinking and working, and an aptitude for identifying patterns and outliers. You are eager to learn, focused on quality outcomes, and attentive to details. You have good knowledge of relevant International Standards in human rights as well as emerging human rights and sustainability regulations. You have first experience with social listening tools or a strong interest in developing expertise in this area. You are fluent in English and German (at least B2-Level)
