About the Role: We're on the lookout for a dynamic working student to join our global Employer Branding and Talent Attraction Team. Help us shape and promote Siemens’ identity as an employer of choice, attracting, engaging, and retaining top talent. 
Your mission will be:
Support various Employer Branding and Talent Attraction workstreams, for example digital candidate experience and content creationPrepare presentations, consolidate data and feedback, and handle ad-hoc requestsEngage with our global Employer Branding community and support the implementation and adoption of our global strategy to local / business / country needsCollaborate closely with our global cross-functional team and stakeholdersStay updated on the latest Employer Branding benchmarks, trends, and rankings
You’ll win us over by:
Currently enrolled as student in HR, business, communication, marketing, or a related field, with a weekly availability of approx.. 20 hoursInterest in Employer Branding, Talent Attraction, or Talent Acquisition topics, previous working experience is a plusA passionate team player and fast learnerMotivated, proactive, and able to get things doneIndependent and precise in your workProficient in MS Office applications (particularly PowerPoint and Excel)Fluent in English, our primary working languageExperience in Canva or other graphic design tools is a plus
