We are looking for a working student, in the 3 or 4 bachelor year, within our global Talent Acquisition Team to help shape recruiting strategies as well as foster engagement with our community.

You get equally excited about technology and people and processes related to it.  A multitasker: You can work simultaneously on different types of projects and successfully keep track of multiple deadlines – you can think ahead to avoid bottlenecks and delays in delivering your work.A global mind: You will work with different members of our team virtually and in person, across different countries, cultures, and time zones. You can establish a good relationship with anyone you work with and naturally embrace diversity and therefor are fluent in English, written and spoken.An inquiring personality: You are intellectually curious and a lifelong learner; you analyze and dissect things to see how they work and figure out how to improve and use our available sources. You work independently and pro-actively ask questions in order to drive your topics forward.
What you do to make real what matters:
You work with our consultants in the area of Talent Insights (external and internal data), to support data driven business decisions with impact. You work with quantitative and qualitative data to identify and interpret external talent acquisition trends in regard to performance and productivity You derive measures to lift talent acquisition to the next level and prepare these for strategic decisions of our businessesYou are experienced with data visualization tools, Power BI preferred You are proficient with PowerPoint and Excel
