At BCG, BCG’s Senior Advisor Program is a carefully curated network of top-tier Senior Executives from diverse backgrounds and expertise, who support our BCG client teams with strategic insights, driving transformative change, and enabling clients to build capabilities.

 

As the EMESA-HR Operations Working Student for the EMESA Senior Advisor Program, you will play an active role in supporting the program’s daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting in the year-end contract renewal process, alongside working closely with the EMESA Senior Advisor Senior Managers.Preparing financial reports and conducting data analysis to support decision-making.Maintaining and updating the Senior Advisor database and managing documents via SharePoint.Responding to general inquiries about the Senior Advisor Program, ensuring smooth communication.Coordinating the contract mailing process and overseeing the end-to-end signature workflow.

What You'll Bring

Currently enrolled as a university student in Germany, pursuing a degree in business, economics, law, social, or natural sciences, or a related field.Interest or experience in the HR or People function (not mandatory, but a plus).Proficiency in the MS Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.An interest in working with big data analytics tools (e.g., Alteryx and Tableau) would be a bonus.

 

You’re Good At:Strong communication and relationship-building skills.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Independent, structured, and service-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach to operational tasks.High degree of flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive attitude.Strong affinity for numbers, data, and good analytical skills.Highest level of attention to detail, professionalism, and confidentiality.Fluency in English and German – both oral and written.
