What you do

 

Our small team takes care of all internal and external communication matters and initiatives of Allianz Re across five international locations. The head of Allianz Re Global Communications directly reports to the CEO and we collaborate intensely with the management team and staff across all functions and locations of the organization.  

 

Driving our broad range of topics and media with internal and external audiences is an interesting, creative, challenging job that requires quick comprehension, flexibility and a positive, open attitude. Assisting us in running the daily operational communication business you will

 

gain valuable insight into a globally operating communication function   interact with a variety of departments, experts and international locations  support, maintain and use digital communication channels (Intranet, Internet, social media)  support various communications activities such as employee meetings, interactive communication formats, interviews, articles, media work, social media etc.  support the implementation of approved communication measures and initiatives 

 
What you bring

 

you are completing your university degree in communication studies or business administration with a strong focus on and affinity for communications  

strong MS office knowledge (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Teams)  

you have experience in digital media, social media and online communication tools 

your written and spoken English and German skills are at bi-lingual level  

you must be enrolled as a student for the entire duration of the working student position 

you have very good organizational skills and a strong attention to detail 

you have affinity for an international business environment 

you are a self-starter, have the ability to act on your own initiative and follow through on tasks from beginning to end, plus you are a good team player 

you are sensitive to intercultural differences, corporate topics and corporate culture.
