Key responsibilities: Insights into all HR processes of an international corporation Support in local and international HR projects Support in the development and implementation of strategic HR topics Administrative support of the local HR department Independent organization of employee trainings Creation of presentations, analysis of data as well as their preparation according to requirements Other tasks can also arise according to your interests and preferences What your background should look like: Current studies in the field of business administration, human resources management, business psychology, business education or social sciences First practical experience through internships or working student activities is advantageous Good MS Office skills Fluent German and good English, both written and spoken Ability to work on your own initiative Good analytical skills and a high level of comprehension Competencies Values: Integrity, Accountability, Teamwork, Innovation
