Who will you be joining? 

 

Group Audit supports the Board of Management and the Internal Audit Advisory Committee in the supervision and assessment of the Internal Control Systems. Furthermore, we coordinate local Internal Audit functions to progressively align audit practices and provide assurance to the Board and Audit Committee on a consolidated basis. By joining Group Audit you will be part of one of the most international and transversal teams in Allianz SE with many nationalities and different backgrounds. Becoming a working student we will provide the chance to gain insights into the processes and operation within the Group Audit function as well as processes and governance of different operational entities within the Allianz Group. As a member of the Investment team of Group Audit, you will apply your experience within a fast paced and challenging business environment.     

 

How can you make an impact? 

 

Support the annual Global Audit Talent Development Program by organising administrative, content driven and logistical related themes Assistance to conduct research, analyses, data updates and reporting for the Investment & Asset Management practice and other activities across the entire audit community  Support the Investment audit team in day-to-day tasks as well as in proof-reading of formal documents Support Data Analytics activities by using respctive tools and techniques Arrange and provide support for internal workshops and audit community meetings/conferences  Support internal project initiatives and activities on a global scale as and when required Be part of meetings and understand the day-to-day business: Interested in financial business and internal audit Experience in an international company or abroad is a plus Strong analytical skills and ability to grasp topics easily and quickly

 

What are you made of? 

 

Minimum Qualifications 

 

Student in Mathematics, Economics, Financial Engineering or Business Administration Enrolled at a university for the entire duration of employment Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, VBA and PowerPoint) Data Analytics tools and techniques (Python, R, Business Objects)    Requirement for internship and working student positions is the enrollment in a university – or (for an internship) a gap year We can only consider your application if you provide the following documents:

Certificate of enrollment (exception gap year)

Valid Work and residence permit (for non-EU citizens). Please check before applying if you can work with your current VISA

Previous experience in business related functions (e.g. Sales, Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Investment Management, Asset Management, Consulting, Product Development, Finance, Market Management, Digital/ Tech etc.) is a plus

 

 

Preferred Qualifications

 

Interest in financial business and internal audit Experience in an international company or abroad is a plus Strong analytical skills and ability to grasp topics easily and quickly
