We are currently looking for a working student for immediate start until end of September 2025 in our location in Norderstedt.

As a Business Analyst Working Student, you will support the team in collecting, analyzing data, generating insights, and assisting in the development of business intelligence solutions that drive commercial strategies. This role is ideal for students looking to gain hands-on experience in business analytics and intelligence while working alongside experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in data collection, data cleansing, and data analysis, including but not limited to:Gather data from various sources, including internal databases, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and external market reports.Perform data validation to ensure accuracy and completeness of datasets, identifying and rectifying inconsistencies or errors.Standardize data formats and categories for better analysis, particularly focusing on pricing variables and commercial performance metrics.Generate insights from sales data to identify opportunities for optimizing pricing structures and improving profitability.Prepare detailed reports and visualizations to present findings to the commercial team, highlighting actionable insights and recommendations.Support in the documentation of processes and procedures related to BI operations.Participate in meetings to discuss findings and provide actionable recommendations.Support ad-hoc analysis projects as required.
