Who will you be joining? 

 

The Global People Attraction Team takes care of all global digital Employer Branding, Recruiting and Onboarding processes and products along the entire candidate journey. Our job is to market Allianz as the employer of choice for top talent, and ensure a remarkable candidate experience along any candidate’s way to Allianz Group.

Allianz is partner of the Olympic & Paralympic Movements (OPM). One objective of the partnership is to drive employee engagement and talent attraction in that context. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly experienced team for global employer branding and at the same time be part of an international and cross-departmental team that shapes the partnership for Allianz entities around the world. 

Your role is to support, further develop and drive activities within the “OPM People Pillar”. This includes a huge range of tasks, varying from marketing and communication projects for internal and external audiences to supporting the recruitment of athletes for Allianz Group. The overall goal is to engage our employees and to attract external talent through exceptional experiences and striking content on our online career channels.

 

How can you make an impact? 

 

Develop ideas and produce content (e.g. write articles, create posts, videos) in collaboration with employee and athlete testimonials to promote the Olympic and Paralympic Partnership on our external career channels (mainly careers.allianz.com, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) Create marketing assets for an olympisized candidate experience in our recruitment processes Hands- on support for events (virtual and onsite in Munich) and activities from conception to execution, e.g. during the time of the Olympic and Paralympic Games or for the internal Allianz Olympic Day Support the global HR community management by helping prepare support material for them (e.g. activity catalogues, meeting presentations) and updating the community space on the Allianz internal network  Support reporting activities to track results, incl.. internal survey preparation, launch and analysis

 

 

What are you made of? 

 

Minimum Qualifications 

 

Student of (Sport) Marketing, Media and Communications sciences, (Digital) Marketing, Journalism, Business Administration, or related subjects Enrolled at university for the entire period of employment Fluent in English, German and other languages are beneficial We can only consider your application if you provide the following documents:

Certificate of enrolment (exception gap year)

Valid Work and residence permit (for non-EU citizens). Please check before applying if you can work with your current VISA

Previous experience in business related functions (e.g. Sales, Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Investment Management, Asset Management, Consulting, Product Development, Finance, Market Management, Digital/ Tech etc.) is a plus

 

Preferred Qualifications

 

First experience in Employer Branding/Talent Acquisition/HR-Marketing, Communications, PR or Digital Marketing required Experience in collaborating with Olympic & Paralympic Movements or Sports Marketing is beneficial Experience in Recruiting is a plus Creative and innovative mindset Combining strategic thinking (e.g. for defining content) with hands-on mentality (e.g. for editing content, event organization or working on PowerPoint presentations) Well organized work mentality, project management skills are beneficial Experience in working with content management systems and content creation tools, e.g. Canva.com, Photoshop, InDesign etc. is a plus  Affinity to data analysis and experience in data reporting / presentation Experience in working in global teams spread across geographic locations is a plus Good knowledge of MS Office (especially PowerPoint, MS Teams and Excel)
