Our HR Analytics team works in collaboration with HR Business partners and HR Group functions to deliver data and analytics with a high level of integrity and validity. We are currently looking for a **Working Student (m/f/d) HR Analytics** based in **Neumünster or Hamburg** to support the small team for approx. **15-20 hours** per week. **Job Responsibilities** You will gain valuable hands-on experience from the following tasks + Support ad-hoc data analysis and reporting requests related to various HR topics. + Conduct regular data quality reviews to ensure accuracy and consistency in HR systems + Take ownership of specific independent analyses, from data gathering to presentation of findings. + Assist in the development, enhancement, and automation of ongoing HR reports and dashboards. + Document processes, findings, and methodologies for future reference and knowledge sharing. **Background & Skills** At Danfoss, we believe that a diverse and inclusive workplace fosters creativity, innovation, and a broader perspective in decision-making.
