At our location in Darmstadt, we are currently looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) HR Business Partner Support Your tasks + Support HR Processes : Assist in the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures throughout the entire employee lifecycle ​ + Employee Relations : Provide support in addressing employee inquiries and concerns including the creation of reference letters, work contracts, and other documentation + Recrui ting activities : Take over responsibility with in the recruitment process, including creating and posting job descriptions , screening resumes, and coordinating interviews + Data Management : Maintain and update employee records our HR information system s and files + ​ HR Projects : Participate in various HR projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and employee engagement .
