Your Challenge in Detail Support in creating TA reports and analytics in Excel, Workday and Power BIPropose usage of existing licensed Microsoft apps in our TA processHelping to set up or implement new launched TA processes within our team Manage our Global TA MSC TEAMS channel and folder structurePrepare Global TA monthly meetings (Agenda, presentation and preparation)Participation and management of smaller projects related to recruiting (process, tools and reporting)Manage any assigned TA projects Manage and distribute raised TA Tickets and outcomes into our TA communityManage and track development progress in our tools
 Your Competence is in Demand Student from a bachelor's/master's degree in economics, social sciences, education or psychology, ideally with a focus on human resourcesFluent German and English skillsVery good MS Office and Microsoft apps knowledge requiredIdeally interest or experience in employer branding or recruitment marketingHigh interest in tools, process, people, projects and improvementInitial experience as an intern or working student in the HR area is desirableOpenness to a dynamic and transformation environment including changeabilityIndependent way of working with proactive behaviorStrong communication and organizing skillsLearning and change orientation including self-reflectionHumor and you easily connect with others
