Who will you be joining?
The People Operations & IT department, part of the Group People & Culture function of Allianz, is responsible for the design, implementation, rollout, and operation of global HR IT platforms across major Allianz Operating Entities and Global Business Lines. We are a dynamic team of Project Managers, Product Owners, IT Architects, and Transformation Managers with a diverse set of platforms and applications.
Within the People Operations & IT department, the Service Delivery Technologies team is responsible for software platforms that provide cost-efficient and consumer-grade employee, manager, and user experiences in all HR domains. Our customers are global, regional, and local Allianz Operating Entities. We provide ticketing, automation, knowledge management, process mining, AI and chatbot solutions globally. Our solutions and products contribute to Allianz's promise to secure our customers' future.
We are looking for a motivated and curious working student to support the ServiceNow HRSD design, implementation, and rollout. Reporting to the Head of Service Delivery Technologies, you will be working closely with the ServiceNow HRSD Product Owners for Ticketing and Knowledge Management. Allianz is currently implementing ServiceNow HRSD as its main service delivery platform, and you will be fully engaged in all aspects of this exciting journey. How can you make an impact?
Support the Head of Service Delivery Technologies and other team members in daily project management activities (Project Office) Support with global rollout activities Prepare and participate in various meetings with internal stakeholders and vendors Support incident management and reporting Business analysis of new demands and needs Oversee and support testing activities Facilitate effective communication, collaboration, and training among project stakeholders, including HR teams, IT teams, and executive leadership
What are you made of?
Minimum Qualifications
Advanced MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel) Fluency in German and English is a must, additional languages are a plus Experience in large or multinational organizations is a plus Experience with ServiceNow or other workflow management systems is a plus HR experience is a plus Basic understanding of (IT) projects is a plus (Scrum, Agile, Project Management) We can only consider your application if you provide the following documents:Certificate of enrollment (exception gap year)
Valid Work and residence permit (for non-EU citizens). Please check before applying if you can work with your current VISA
Previous experience in business related functions (e.g. Sales, Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Investment Management, Asset Management, Consulting, Product Development, Finance, Market Management, Digital/ Tech etc.) is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
Stong focus on details, proactiveness and taking ownership of assigned tasks Ability to work in an international environment and global matrix teams Ability to comprehend, analyze, and solve complex situations quickly and independently, even under time and resource pressure Strong communication and intercultural skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels and locations of the organization Knowledge of HR processes and workflows and/or HR Operations is a plus Project Management Office (PMO) experience is a plus
