Tasks / responsibilities

Assistance in mergers and acquisition transactions, especially in financial modelling/valuations and due diligence of potential targets and joint venturesPerforming financial and strategic business analysis, valuations and industry researchAssist in the preparation of presentations for the top managementSupport at various strategic projects and presentations

Qualifications / required skills

Student in business administration, economics or related areasWork experience (intern/working student) in Investment Banking, Consulting or Corporate Finance Advisory would be of advantageAbility to work independently as well as in a team and under pressureProficiency in written and spoken EnglishCompetent handling of MS Office applications (in particular Excel and PowerPoint)Strong analytical, communication and organizational skillsFlexibility
