Tasks and ResponsibilitiesAssist in mergers and acquisitions transactions, especially in financial modeling, valuations, and due diligence of potential targets and joint venturesPerform financial and strategic business analysis, valuations, and industry researchSupport the preparation of presentations for top managementContribute to various strategic projects and presentations

Qualifications and Required SkillsEnrolled in a degree program in business administration, economics, or a related fieldPrevious work experience (internship or working student) in investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance advisory would be an advantageAbility to work independently as well as in a team and under pressureProficiency in written and spoken EnglishStrong skills in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPointExcellent analytical, communication, and organizational skillsFlexibility and adaptability
