What you'll do

 

Support the Chief Sustainability Officer with various tasks (e.g. preparing customer meetings, speaking opportunities, internal meetings etc.)  Create social media posts on demand based on briefings from the team (for event reviews, promotion of sustainability news and achievements and endorsement of partnerships) Conduct research on trending sustainability studies, reports and thought leadership content and draft commentary posts Be an active part of SAP’s global corporate sustainability team Min. 10-15 hours per week are preferred with the potential option to expand scope of activities.  From Jan 01 – Jun 30, 2025

 

This is a very unique position as you have the opportunity to learn the following:

 

First-hand experience of "how a Senior Executive works" Interactions with customers/investors/partners etc. Presentation and communication skills on Executive level Structured work under time pressure Understanding SAP’s strategy (SAP overall & Sustainability)

 

What you bring

 

You are a currently enrolled student at a university or a university of applied sciences:

 

Studying preferably in the fields: Business administration, Communication studies, CSR / sustainability management, or related fields Being a “digital native” with in-depth social media skills (preferably experience with LinkedIn) Having the following computer skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (esp. PowerPoint) Language skills: Excellent English and German skills, written and spoken    The ability to break down complex topics for a variety of target groups and stakeholders      Besides that, you are/ you bring: Passion for sustainability, team player attitude, organized and structured way of working

Supporting SAP’s purpose to help the world run better and improving people’s lives, the Global Corporate Sustainability Team is on a mission to transform SAP to a role model of a sustainable company and create positive economic, environmental, and social impact within planetary boundaries. The team collaborates with all internal lines of business and works on embedding sustainability further into SAP’s strategy, products, policies, processes, practices, and everything we do. This means improving the sustainability performance of our own operations, driving customer impact creation, and stimulating new sustainability initiatives across the organization.
