We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive student to join our team as Working Student Process Automation & Digitalization. In this role, you will play a key part in our initiative to automate processes, digitalize services, and leverage AI to accelerate quality operations. Your key responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and document requirements for process automation, AI applications, and digitalization Work closely with domain experts in AI, digitalization, and automation to explore innovative solutions Assist in the design and implementation of automation workflows and digital tools Support project management activities, including timeline tracking, stakeholder communication, and progress reporting Evaluate current processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements to enhance productivity and quality Research and apply the latest trends in AI and digital transformation to real-world scenarios Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by questioning traditional approaches and exploring new possibilities  

Your Profile:

You are currently enrolled at a Swiss university or university of applied sciences, pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field Ideally, you are in your 3rd or 4th bachelor’s semester and available to work with us for 18 months at a 60% workload. The start date is flexible upon agreement Strong understanding of process automation, AI concepts, and digitalization principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with team members and stakeholders Strong project management skills, including organization, time management, and attention to detail A proactive, energetic, and open-minded mindset with a passion for learning and innovation Problem-solving mindset with the courage to question established methods and propose new ideas Basic knowledge in tools like: SAP, myTC or Mendix… it is a plus
