Our Optical Communications segment has recently evolved from being a manufacturer of optical fiber and cable, hardware and equipment to being a comprehensive provider of industry-leading optical solutions across the broader communications industry.This segment is classified into two main product groupings – carrier network and enterprise network. The carrier network product group consists primarily of products and solutions for optical-based communications infrastructure for services such as video, data and voice communications. The enterprise network product group consists primarily of optical-based communication networks sold to businesses, governments and individuals for their own use.

 

For our Berlin Headquarter we are currently looking for a Working Student – Programme Management (m/f/d)

 

Your Responsibilities:

 

We are looking for an analytical mind to support our programme directors, project managers, and product line managers with evaluations and assessments The analysis encompasses various facets of our business, from comprehensive economic and market data for entire regions in Europe, the Middle East and Africa to specific competitive product sets in individual countries and their respective distribution channels With your help, we develop dashboards for recurring queries and enable regular project reporting on growth areas identified

 

Our Requirements:

 

You are currently enrolled at university, preferably in the field of business administration or a comparable degree programme You work carefully and in a structured manner, even if several projects are running in parallel You have solid organisational, communication and planning skills as well as an eye for detail You have good English skills (written and oral), other languages are a plus but not required You have strong digital skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and can easily research relevant information on the internet You can work 20 h/week during the semester and up to 40 h/week during the semester break
