Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Oversee and participate to multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication with stakeholders. Data Visualization: Utilize your expertise in data visualization tools like Power BI, PowerPoint and Excel. Support Data-Driven Decisions: Collaborate with our stakeholders to leverage both external and internal data, driving impactful business decisions. Strategic & Data-Based Decision Making: Develop and present measures to elevate Talent Acquisition, preparing insights for strategic business decisions.

Position Overview: This position is for you if you are:

A recent graduate or are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or master’s program in Business Administration, Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.  You excel at crafting compelling communication materials and analyzing data. Your passion for technology, people, and processes makes you not only a great communicator, but also organized. You excel at conveying complex information clearly and concisely, both in writing and verbally. You can effectively engage with diverse audiences, ensuring your message is understood and impactful. You can work simultaneously on various types of projects and successfully keep track of multiple deadlines – you can think ahead to avoid bottlenecks and delays in delivering your work. You will work with different members of our team virtually and in person, across different countries, cultures, and time zones. You can establish a good relationship with anyone anywhere and naturally embrace diversity. You are intellectually curious; you analyze and dissect things to see how they work and figure out how to improve and use our available sources. You work independently and pro-actively ask questions in order to drive your topics forward. Your ability to listen actively and provide constructive feedback fosters strong collaboration and teamwork, and connecting the dots is your easiest exercise. You bring with excellent communication skills, rounded by Fluent level in English, our primary working language.
