From 15.08.2025 we are looking for a working student (m/f/d) for a limited period of 6-12 months for our Sustainability Supply Chain Management department at the Metzingen site with a focus on social responsibility, social audits and impact-related projects.

What you can expect:

\n\tSupport in the monitoring and implementation of HUGO BOSS' human rights due diligence responsibility in the supply chain (Social Compliance Program)\n\tSupport in communication with our suppliers regarding corrective action plans and maintenance of documentation \n\tPreparation of analyses and reports for the Social Compliance Program (reporting)\n\tAnswering email enquiries from internal and external partners\n\tCollaboration on projects and preparation of presentations\n\t\n\t

Conducting and analyzing surveys with our suppliers regarding social sustainability aspects

Your profile:

\n\tYou are enrolled during the entire period of the working student position\n\tYou have focused on sustainability related topics in your studies/work experience\n\tYou have an intrinsic motivation for sustainability topics\n\tAffinity for numbers\n\tknowledge in the creation of reports \n\tVery good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint\n\tExcellent communication skills\n\tFlexibility and the ability to adapt to the needs of the company\n\tVery good written and spoken English skills\n\n\n
