What You'll Do

Are you passionate about talent acquisition, active sourcing, and finding innovative ways to attract top candidates across various industries in the EU? As a Working Student in Talent Acquisition, you will support in finding exceptional talent and crafting strategic approaches to engage with potential candidates. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in consulting, with a focus on recruitment and employer branding, all while working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This part-time position allows you to balance your studies while building practical skills in talent acquisition, marketing, and recruitment strategy, as well as core consulting skills.

 

The position and key responsibilities

The job is expected to be 15-20 hours per week. Your key responsibilities will be divided into three areas:

 

Recruiting strategy developmentAssist the consulting team in developing data-based and tailored recruiting strategies to attract potential candidates, such as identifying suitable digital channelsBuild and update databases to support the execution of recruiting strategiesSupport the collection and analysis of relevant statistics and performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of recruiting strategies

      2. Recruiting strategy execution

Support with content creation, such as LinkedIn postingsUtilize various platforms to identify top talent, including LinkedIn, job boards, and sector-specific platformsAssist the consulting team in building talent pools and screening candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for specific roles

      3. Talent acquisition operations

Manage, update, and analyze candidate databasesCoordinate with internal teams and external partners to gather key information for recruitment activities and drive data analytics for recruiting strategiesSupport with administrative tasks related to talent acquisition processes

What You'll Bring

We are looking for an individual with a strong interest in talent acquisition and employer branding. You typically (but not necessarily) are a 3rd year Bachelor student or have just started your Master’s degree. You have strong academic records and have already gained significant practical experience, ideally in human resources, marketing, or related areas, through an internship or working student job, and/or can demonstrate your interest in talent acquisition in your studies.

 

You also bring:

A passion for talent acquisition, with a strong desire to learn and growStrong data analytics, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasksA proactive mindset, eager to contribute creative ideas and solutionsFlexibility with your working hours, especially during peak periods – we offer flexibility during exam timesExcellent English skills, with proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
