As a working student in the The Product & Lifecycle Excellence Team and its Learning Organization, you will work on a variety of topics related to organizational transformation, collaborating with international cross-functional teams in the Smart Infrastructure Buildings Product Organization. Your new responsibilities 

Create agendas and summaries for workshops and meetings, document outcomes, and maintain structured summaries Support workshop preparation tasks and contribute to the smooth execution of sessions Develop and refine concept boards for collaboration with various stakeholders Assist with PMO activities, including coordination, reporting, and presentation preparation for key initiatives Manage administrative tasks to enhance process efficiency Edit, maintain, and optimize the internal Confluence/Wiki, applying IT knowledge for continuous improvement

Your talents and experiences

Enrolled at a Swiss university in a relevant field of study (e.g., Digital Business Management or similar) Structured and detail-oriented working style with strong prioritization skills to meet deadlines Interest in adopting new technologies (e.g., AI) in the daily work Hands-on, proactive attitude with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment Motivated and communicative personality with an eagerness to learn and take on responsibilities Fluency in English is essential; German is a plus
