As part of an agile team, you will:

Build the technology that powers holiday travel in the world’s leading travel markets. Develop code used by the world’s leading tour operators and travel agencies.

Ensure reliable performance and reliability in a complex technical environment.

Contribute to the evolution of travel by building the next generation of leisure travel solutions.

Summary of the role

Collaboratively develop and maintain products and platforms in an agile Scrum Team.

Automate and enhance build and deployment of applications and infrastructure, following GitOps principles.

Optimize and maintain configuration as code repositories as well as backend services (NodeJS, TypeScript) if necessary.

Maintain and update containerized cloud infrastructure (Azure, Kubernetes) with their supporting Monitoring, Logging and Deployment ecosystem (ArgoCD, Prometheus, …).

As a successful candidate:

You are studying computer science, business informatics, or a similar field.

You have a strong interest or some initial experience in CI/CD tooling (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar).

You enjoy applying your skills in any scripting or programming language (Python, Go, Bash, ...) to simplify or automate a previously annoying manual task.

You are curious about (or ideally had first contact with) container orchestration tools, such as Kubernetes and Docker.

You are keen to regularly discover and learn new skills, technologies and methods.

You have good English skills and can communicate in German.
