Job Description

Key Accountabilities

Workiva Project Management

Consult with business stakeholders on Workiva reporting opportunities, define and document overall implementation goals, timelines and level of support requiredPartner with technical teams to build, develop and maintain data connectionsManage full-service implementations once assigned from needs assessment, design, development, implementation, and evaluation, and build strong internal relationshipsOrganize and conduct pre- and post-launch activities including requirements sessions, UAT, training, process documentation and platform supportCommunicate with key stakeholders and technical teams on status of implementations

Workiva Governance

Manage Workiva access and platform usage to ensure efficiency and standardization of Workiva implementations globallyMaintain Workiva usage metrics and monitor time savings, improved controls, and other valueDocument Workiva challenges, issues, decisions, and action items including follow up with teams to ensure timely reply and/or actionDrive operational efficiency by establishing and maintaining standard procedures, guidelines and best practices for Workiva implementation and maintenanceCollaborate with teams globally to ensure consistency in practice and compliance with policies and procedures

Workiva Training and Development

Enabling and training users – Maintain training documentation and conduct enablement sessions to provide hands on training on the Workiva platformDemonstrating Workiva proficiency – Remain up-to-date and certified on the Workiva platform and maintain familiarity on financial reporting processesOther duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent practical experienceMinimum of 5 years in a finance or accounting role, ideally with experience on projects, transformation, and process improvementDeep knowledge of financial reporting processes and systemsAnalytical skills with the ability to design, organize and analyze information and reports with attention to detail and accuracyExperience with the Workiva platform is an assetExperience with drafting business requirements documentation and ability to communicate design and requirements of business reporting.Business partnering and top-notch communication skills, including the ability to build senior level relationshipsStrong written and verbal communication skillsMotivated self-starter, with the ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectivelyA team player able to react positively to changing prioritiesMust be well-organized, innovative, and possess a high level of initiative
