Working onsite with a major tech client in Auckland CBD, The Workplace Ambassador plays a vital role in managing the daily operations and overall workplace experience for all stakeholders. Maintaining a highly presented office and supporting the Senior Workplace coordinator where required. Pantry management and event support are a large component of this role, maintaining high service levels at all times.
An Overview of the role:
Manage pantry inventory, maintain stock levels, and ensure regular distribution of supplies throughout office areas.
Coordinate food and beverage requirements for meetings and events, including set-up, clean-up, and catering reception.
Communicate with multiple stakeholders through internal channels and collect employee feedback for improvements.
Maintain kitchen equipment, including daily coffee machine cleaning, stock monitoring, and regular maintenance.
Adhere to food health and safety protocols, including expiry date checks and proper food storage.
Keep office spaces clean and organised, with focus on kitchens, meeting rooms, common areas, and surfaces.
Assist external guests and vendors with entry procedures, signing in, and navigation.
Perform regular maintenance tasks including wiping surfaces, cleaning glass, dusting, and restocking bathroom supplies.
