The Workplace Ambassador will be part of the Workplace Experience team, to drive and increase customer satisfaction. This individual is the go-to-person for all workplace engagement matters.
The team aims to manage the big site with a smaller site approach to establish stronger relationships with the customers. This provides an opportunity for the Workplace Ambassador to create an engaging experience to our customer and their guest in both Soft and Technical.
This individual ensures that a seamless consistent level of service is provided at every user touchpoint.
Duties & responsibilities
What this job involves –
Site Management
Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing installations & all Civil maintenance within the facility.Responsible for preparation of critical spares list for all installations as per manufacturer’s recommendations and plan for the inventory where the maintenance is carried out with in-house teamsImplement and oversee the pre-emptive maintenance programme to reduce the risk of sudden failures of critical equipment.Assist the Chief Engineer to review the maintenance/service practices of M&E Contractors to deliver quality work practices in line with the manufacturer recommendations.Maintain the logbooks, checklists, and PPM schedules for all M & E installations.Manage Downtime/ Breakdowns/work permit/technology.Arrange for ad-hoc M&E set ups as per the client requirement from time to time.Ensure the contractors always follow the house rules and the projects are handled with minimum inconvenience to the Client.
Generate Downtime and breakdown incident reportsConduct site walk daily with the checklist, & log sheet look out for defects, and manage any hazardous objects accordingly.Ensure that the meeting rooms are in ‘ready-to-use’ condition whenever unoccupiedEnsure that office equipment are in good working condition. Otherwise, rectify immediatelyLiaise and manage respective vendor to support the functionality of office spaceResponsible to consolidate all customer issues and generate a monthly report for both soft and tech perspective.Manage all customers’ issues tactfully and confidentlyConduct regular audits to ensure safety procedures are being complied withAssist in carrying out safety procedures when neededFollowing the standard as per HSSE guideline.Customer Communications

Experience
3 – 5 years’ experience in facilities managementProven ability to function effectively as part of a teamProven ability to initiate and follow through with improvement initiativesProven experience in a customer service environmentKnowledge of Occupational Safety requirements.Demonstrated experience with continuous improvement initiatives highly desirable.Demonstrated experience with client reporting and preparation of reports required.Proficiency with Microsoft OfficeA meticulous individual with good organization skillCustomer focus mentalityPersonal Skills
