Workplace Assistant - Nottingham City Centre
We are looking for a Workplace Assistant to enhance the customer experience by building excellent relationships with occupants and exceeding their expectations daily. As a cultural ambassador and community advocate, you will support all customer-facing services and ensure seamless service delivery.
In this role, you will maintain a visible presence and provide high-quality service to building users. You will handle client and customer requests, ensuring they are centrally supported and informed. Additionally, you will ensure a tidy and clean appearance across the building, manage FM-related issues, and support tasks like locker management and IT equipment replenishment. Constant communication with all service lines and clients is essential to ensure seamless delivery. You will also actively walk the floors to check cleanliness and assist building occupants, undertaking reactive and planned cleaning tasks to maintain a five-star standard.
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing Facilities Management environment. Excellent written and spoken communication skills are crucial, along with the ability to deal positively with conflict situations and make decisions independently. Experience using CAFM systems and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite are required. Additionally, you must have a minimum requirement of IOSH managing safety
