As a result of new business wins, we are now seeking a Workplace Change & Communications Manager to join a leading Workplace Advisory practice.
What this opportunity involves:

In this role you will lead and deliver workplace change management projects for clients. Day-to-day you’ll be hands-on with tasks in change management as well as strategic communications and change enablement.
You’ll be responsible for developing and executing internal change communications and managing clients as they move to new workplaces and new ways of working.
An overview of the role:
Lead and deliver change management projects associated with new workplaces, new or hybrid ways of working, and relocation programs.Create and deliver written communications and high-quality presentation materials.Lead executive interviews and facilitate stakeholder workshops.Design staff sentiment surveys and analyse data / insights from engagement activities.Be innovative in all aspects of motivating change engagement for our clients.Demonstrate leadership and actively encourage an environment that supports teamwork, cooperation, performance excellence and personal success.Requirements:
Tertiary education in Communications, PR, Marketing, Business or related fieldQualifications in Change or Project Management, Communications, desirable but not essential.Superior communication skills (verbal, written and visual communication)Strong analytical and project management abilitiesPeople and stakeholder management experience in a consulting environment is desirableStrong skills in PowerPoint and other digital communication toolsWhat you can expect from us:
