Be responsibility for delivery of Workplace consultancy services in Thailand including Change Management and Workplace Strategy engagementsWork closely with, and receive support from, the regional Consulting services team to enable you to delivery Workplace consultancy services to clients in ThailandProvide Workplace advice and recommendations to internal JLL business units to enable selling of other OneJLL products and servicesReport to and support the PDS THB GM in the engagement and selling of Workplace services to clients in Thailand providing advice, recommendations and presentations accordinglyManage direct report staff in delivery of workplace servicesClient Engagement & Service Delivery
Your primary function will be to delivery Workplace Strategy and Change Management consulting services to clients in ThailandTransform clients’ workplace goals and visions into reality. Coordinate every step when it comes to building integrating solutions tailored to the needs of a wide range of industries and project scalesAct as the thought leader to our clients, enabling them to have a strong understanding of how their organisations function, their current ways of working and their future workspace needsRigorous research, drawing insights and uncover opportunities to spark conversations that link a client’s business objectives with desired workplace goalsPrepare and deliver client-branded presentations and infographics to support your researchCreate and document a toolkit of guidelines aligned to the clients’ objectives and requirements.Strategic planning—examining clients’ business goals, practices and talent acquisition plans to help them make informed decisions on their workspaces.Carry out interviews, workshops and case studies to gain more insights on our clients’ business structure, culture and workspace requirements.Understand the latest global shifts and trends in work behaviour, and analyse these to come up with a data-driven workplace solutions.Demonstrate leadership and coordination skills at a level to meet the most senior leaders in our clients’ organizations.Facilitate and lead a variety of information-gathering activities, including one-on-one interviews and workshops to gain deep insights into clients' organizational structures, corporate cultures, and nuanced workspace requirements.Conceptualize and execute engaging, creative workshops and events, both in physical and virtual settings, designed to foster collaboration, generate innovative ideas, and facilitate organizational change.Conduct in-depth research utilizing both qualitative and quantitative methodologies to find valuable insights and identify opportunities that strategically link clients' overarching business objectives with their desired workplace goals.Perform detailed analyses of current workplace utilization and occupancy patterns to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization.Synthesize data from diverse sources, including employee survey feedback, workshops, and market trends, to identify recurring themes and critical pain points in the current workplace environment.Showcase leadership and coordination skills when interfacing with senior-level client executives, articulately presenting compelling business cases for strategic workplace investments that align with organizational goals and financial considerations.Coordinating with interior designers, and vendors to ensure that workplace design and renovation projects align with strategic objectives and are executed to the highest standards.Develop change management strategies, communication, and detailed implementation plans, working collaboratively with clients to ensure smooth transitions and minimize disruption during workplace transformations.Cultivate and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders at all organizational levels, from frontline employees to top executives, ensuring buy-in and support for workplace initiatives.Conduct comprehensive stakeholder analyses to identify key influencers and potential champions of change, developing targeted engagement strategies to maximize support and minimize resistance.Address concerns and potential resistance to change head-on through the development and execution of effective, multi-channel communication strategies that inform, engage, and inspire stakeholders throughout the transformation process.Craft and deliver, client-branded presentations and visually compelling infographics that effectively communicate complex research findings and strategic recommendations to diverse audiences, from operational teams to C-suite executives.Produce content aligned with project timelines and milestones, ensuring all deliverables meet or exceed expectations in terms of both timeliness and quality standards.Internal Engagement
Work closely with the Office Leasing Advisory (OLA) team to provide Workplace advice on potential key brokerage engagements to assist in winning OneJLL workSupport the OLA Business Development Director in approaches to key clients providing Workplace advice and recommendations accordinglyWork closely with PDS Project Managers on Change Management engagements to ensure smooth client coordination and integration of Change Management activities within the project scheduleDevelop and strengthen relationships with other JLL business lines by collaborating, coordinating, supporting each department on developing new business opportunitiesSupport the TH growth strategy while working in partnership with the various business groups and sales leaders as requiredOperations
Assist the GM and Business Development Manager in the preparation of proposals resulting from RFPs or client briefings. Advise on the required scope of services, resource allocations and fees required to deliver Workplace services.Liaise with the regional Consulting team leaders to ensure efficient resource planning of their time.Manage, supervise and mentor any support resources allocated to assist in the delivery of Workplace services.Oversee efficient delivery of the services in accordance with the scope and fees proposed ensuring fee revenue is maximised and advising the Operations Manager and GM of any variations required.Coordinate with the Operations Manager to ensure accurate resource allocations and data quality in PDS technology platforms.Profile
A degree in a relevant design, project management or workplace related discipline or field and ten (10) years’ experience at least three years of which must be related to workplace consulting services, commercial office design, or Project Management. Fluent in written and spoken Thai and English
