Workplace Coordinator

We are looking for a dynamic Workplace Coordinator to join our team and take charge of front-of-house services for our key client. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will collaborate with both client and BGIS team members to lead various workplace initiatives and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with the BGIS Account Management Team to create a memorable customer experience at our client's Headquarters in NSW. Engage directly with tenants, owners, customers, and contractors. Lead the change management process and initiatives as directed by BGIS. Assist with the administration and reporting for the client, including KPI performance, planned maintenance, and Operations Centre reporting. Ensure efficient delivery of all front-of-house operations and ancillary services in line with the Services Agreements. Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with all building tenants, the client, and the BGIS team. Provide relevant training inductions when necessary. Ensure compliance with all HSEQ policies and procedures by all stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience:

Proven experience in managing services with a focus on customer service and continuous improvement. Demonstrated ability to manage service outcomes and solutions in a customer service role. Experience producing detailed service reports. Familiarity with working within an integrated services and property model, including Property Management, Facilities Management, and Project Management services. Strong business acumen, with skills in business planning and financial management. Experience working with QA, HSEQ, and environmental systems. Ability to adapt quickly to change and take an innovative approach to problem-solving. Proficient in desktop applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with Integrated Work Management Systems (IWMS), e.g., Manhattan, is advantageous. A valid, conviction-free National Police Clearance (a prerequisite for employment in this role).
