Responsibilities:
Office Representation: Be the face of the office for employees and guests.
Environment Maintenance: Maintain a welcoming, safe, and secure working environment.
Vendor Management: Onsite vendor management.
Communications: Office-specific communications and feedback collection.
Office Operations: Carry out office processes, policies, and all daily office-related operations.
Supplies Management: Monitoring and maintaining office supplies inventory, including arranging office orders and maintenance.
Area Upkeep: Ensure reception area and conference rooms are tidy and presentable.
Building Tasks: Take the lead on building-related tasks/issues, such as employee parking, maintenance, building/office updates, and announcements.
Event Coordination: Coordinate office lunches.
Calendar Management: Manage conference room calendars, including scheduling appointments, confirming meetings, spotting/clearing up calendar-related discrepancies, and coordinating with professionals from other companies.
IT Coordination: Coordinate with the IT department if any technical issues arise.
Onboarding Support: Work with the Workplace Lead to facilitate the onboarding of new employees, ensuring employees and visitors are set up with what they need, including remote employees visiting HQ.
Ad Hoc Projects: Participate in ad hoc Workplace Experience projects.
