Based at our Concierge Desk & Welcome Lounge in Perth, you’ll bring Aurecon’s brand to life — creating an inclusive, welcoming environment and memorable moments for our clients, visitors, and people.
We’re looking for someone who’s curious, proactive, and people-focused — someone who enjoys engaging with clients, contractors and our people as well organising and running our internal events. If you love creating order and connection in a dynamic workplace, this role will suit you perfectly.
This is a great role for someone who is passionate about Workplace Experience and is keen to develop their skills and career in an exciting ambitious new team.
Your role will include:
Creating a warm, professional first impression for clients and visitors in our Welcome Space.
Managing Concierge services, meeting rooms, and Welcome space.
Anticipating and responding to visitor needs — including visitor passes, Wi-Fi, couriers, and requests.
Managing shared inboxes, switchboard, and mail.
Managing workshops, team meetings and events planning for workplace activations by ordering catering, booking meeting rooms etc.
Assisting with administration of maintenance, health & safety, and fleet / car park activities.
Building strong relationships with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders.
Continuously improving how we deliver workplace experiences and operations across the region.

As well as experience in a similar role. Specifically:
Prior experience or training in the catering or event management industry will be highly regarded but is not essential.
Ability to quickly learn digital collaboration tools and new systems.
Flexibility to work later to attend and run events in our office, don’t worry – you can make this time up!
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including written communication
Collaborative team player with the confidence to influence up, down and across the organisation
Personable and enthusiastic nature, genuine passion for providing an elevated service and ability to create an inclusive and welcoming environment
