Match Group Vancouver / Plenty of Fish is seeking a highly organized and proactive Workplace Experience Coordinator to support day-to-day operations and enhance our office environment, amenities, and events. While we have a hybrid working model, this role requires onsite presence in the office Monday through Friday.
This role involves overseeing a wide range of responsibilities including workplace management, food and beverage programs, and cultural events. The ideal candidate will be adept at multitasking, possess excellent communication skills, and have a keen eye for detail.

This position is a 6 month contract.So, what will you do?Run day-to-day operations of our Vancouver officeCoordinate and oversee food and beverage vendors including lunch catering, pantry equipment and appliances, and our snack & beverage program Janitorial coordination and oversight Administrative support including contracts, Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and expensesMonitor and respond to Slack messages and Jira ticketsCoordinate and facilitate facilities requests and office repairsOrder and manage recognition and rewards gifts, while maintaining and updating tracking spreadsheetsSupport on ordering Swag and maintaining inventoryOversee logistics for onsite event setup and logistics support Support employee onboarding and engagement through initiatives like new hire orientation, milestone recognition, and in-office events Partner with Security, HR, Facilities, and Corporate Events to initiate and maintain company-wide policiesYou’ll be a match for this role if you have..Ability to be a quick learning and technologically savvyStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency in managing budgets and coordinating logistics
$28,000 - $32,000 a yearThis salary has been prorated to reflect a 6 month contract.
Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary range is reflective of a position based in Vancouver, British Columbia.
