Workplace Experience Coordinator
Our GFL team is expanding, and we’re looking for a Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our North American team. In this role, you will manage front-desk responsibilities, office cleanliness, supplies, and administrative tasks while fostering a welcoming and professional environment. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive professional with a positive attitude who thrives in a fast-paced setting.

A “Day in the Life" of a Workplace Experience Coordinator:

Greet and assist all visitors, including clients, vendors, and employees, with professionalismManage incoming calls and re-direction of the phone calls to appropriate contactsComplete data entry tasks with high accuracyCoordinate outgoing and incoming mail, faxes and couriersAssist with meeting setup, including ordering and arranging catering setups when neededProcess service requests, submit building maintenance request, and manage security access for employeesMaintain the cleanliness and organization of meeting rooms, ensuring whiteboards are clean, and supplies and materials are readily availablePotential opportunity to assist with invoicing depending on business needs and performance

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Minimum of 1 year of administrative office experience, with reception experience preferredBusiness Administration diploma, certificate or equivalent experienceTech savvy with a solid understanding of Microsoft Office/Office 365Ability to work autonomously, multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines in a calm and collected demeanorExcellent interpersonal and written communication skills with ability to engage in friendly and professional correspondence with all levels of leadership within the organizationAbility to work well in a team environment
