This role requires both strategic leadership and programmatic execution, combining data-driven decision-making, stakeholder engagement, and financial acumen to enhance workplace services and drive continuous improvement. This is a global role, requiring close collaboration across multiple time zones and key offices in the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. The successful candidate must effectively navigate regional differences, align global standards, and drive consistency in workplace experience services worldwide. **What you'll do** Strategic Leadership & Global Program Oversight + Define and execute the global strategy for the Workplace Experience program, ensuring alignment with Uber’s objectives and CBRE’s best practices. + Lead the development of tiered service models and experience offerings, ensuring scalability and consistency across regions. + Provide thought leadership and programmatic guidance to the Workplace Experience team, which operates within the broader FM structure. + Oversee the Events function, ensuring high-impact execution and alignment with overall workplace engagement goals. + Adapt program delivery to regional needs while ensuring global consistency and adherence to SLAs. + Travel 15% Program Development, Business Cases & Data-Driven Decision Making + Develop business cases, executive-level presentations, and strategic proposals to influence Uber’s real estate and workplace strategy. + Use data analytics and reporting to measure program impact, identify trends, and drive continuous improvements. + Implement and refine KPIs and performance metrics to track Workplace Experience effectiveness globally. + Ensure program scalability through the development of standardized playbooks, policies, and service frameworks. Stakeholder Engagement & Cross-Functional Collaboration + Build and maintain trusted partnerships with Uber’s senior leadership, including Real Estate, Workplace, HR, and Finance teams. + Work cross-functionally with FM, Projects, Food Services, IT, and Security to integrate Workplace Experience into broader real estate and operational strategies. + Navigate the complexities of a global, fast-paced account, balancing corporate expectations with regional execution. + Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor relationships, ensuring cost-effective, high-quality service delivery. Financial & Operational Management + Oversee program budgets, drive cost efficiencies, and ensure financial accountability across regions. + Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue optimization through strategic vendor management and service enhancements. + Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and compliance with Uber’s workplace policies. **What You’ll Need** + 10+ years of experience in workplace experience, hospitality, or corporate services, with global/regional program oversight. + Proven ability to develop business cases, executive presentations, and strategic recommendations. + Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build alliances and drive cross-functional collaboration across multiple time zones. + Financial acumen, including budgeting, cost analysis, and vendor negotiations. + Experience in data-driven program development, KPI tracking, and operational improvements. + Ability to navigate a fast-paced, global corporate environment, balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution. + Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future. CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the position is $135,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $145,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
