Position Overview The Workplace Experience Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall workplace experience across Moët Hennessy USA locations, ensuring that all spaces are maintained to the highest standards of service, luxury, and efficiency. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, leading the Workplace Experience team, and implementing innovative solutions that enhance the employee and guest experience. What you’ll do Leadership and Team Development Objective: Cultivate a high-performing Workplace Experience team aligned with Moët Hennessy’s standards of excellence. Responsibilities: •Lead, mentor, and develop the Workplace Experience team, including Workplace Experience Ambassadors, Coordinators, and any on-site support staff. •Foster a culture of exceptional service, collaboration, and proactive problem-solving. •Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and team training to ensure team members are aligned with brand values and service standards. Strategic Oversight and Planning Objective: Ensure the workplace aligns with Moët Hennessy’s brand values and operational goals through strategic planning and resource allocation. Responsibilities: •Develop and implement workplace strategies that enhance the employee experience and reflect Moët Hennessy’s brand identity. •Oversee the planning and budget management for all workplace experience programs, including pantry services, meeting room setups, and visitor management. •Identify areas for improvement and innovation, presenting proposals to senior leadership as needed. Service Excellence and Quality Assurance Objective: Maintain a consistent, luxury-level service standard across all Moët Hennessy facilities. Responsibilities: •Conduct regular inspections and walkthroughs to ensure all spaces meet brand standards for cleanliness, functionality, and aesthetics. •Oversee the implementation and monitoring of the Meeting Room Readiness program, ensuring all rooms are equipped, stocked, and visually pristine. •Ensure pantry services, reception, and other high-touch areas are stocked, organized, and presented to the highest standard. •Manage vendor relationships to ensure high-quality service delivery and responsiveness to Moët Hennessy’s needs. Employee and Guest Experience Management Objective: Create an exceptional workplace experience for employees, visitors, and VIPs. Responsibilities: •Oversee the Visitor Welcome Program, ensuring all guests experience a warm, professional, and luxurious welcome. •Implement initiatives that enhance employee well-being, such as wellness programs, ergonomic workspace options, and seasonal events. •Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing workplace concerns or needs with empathy and efficiency. •Collaborate with HR and other departments to promote a workplace culture that reflects Moët Hennessy’s values. Operational Efficiency and Technology Integration Objective: Optimize workplace operations through effective use of technology and streamlined processes. Responsibilities: •Manage the implementation and ongoing use of Workplace Connect, ensuring efficient handling of service requests and tracking operational data. •Oversee the usage of checklists for workplace inspections, providing the team with tools for quick and efficient reporting. •Analyze data from Workplace Connect and other tools to identify trends, forecast needs, and recommend improvements. •Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for workplace services and create reports to showcase operational success to leadership. Health, Safety, and Compliance Objective: Ensure a safe, compliant, and health-conscious workplace for all employees and visitors. Responsibilities: •Maintain up-to-date safety protocols, including emergency evacuation procedures, and oversee team training on these protocols. •Ensure compliance with Moët Hennessy’s health, safety, and environment (HSE) standards and any local regulations. •Regularly audit health and safety measures, conducting risk assessments and implementing corrective actions as needed. •Coordinate with Facilities and Security teams to maintain a secure and safe workplace environment. Continuous Improvement and Innovation Objective: Drive continuous improvement to elevate workplace services and employee satisfaction. Responsibilities: •Gather feedback from employees and visitors to continuously refine workplace experience offerings. •Stay informed on industry trends in workplace management, identifying potential new initiatives to enhance Moët Hennessy’s workplace standards. •Lead pilot programs for innovative workplace solutions, assessing their impact before wider implementation. •Conduct regular reviews of current services, seeking opportunities to streamline processes and enhance service quality. What you’ll need **Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.** •Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Directly supervises the Workplace Experience team, including Ambassadors, Coordinators, and any contracted on-site support staff. Regularly collaborates with HR, Facilities, and other departments to align goals and initiatives across Moët Hennessy. Success Metrics •Employee and Guest Satisfaction: Positive feedback from employees and guests, measured through surveys and feedback forms. •Operational Efficiency: Reduced service request response times, increased on-time completion of facility tasks, and efficient use of Workplace Connect. •Budget Management: Adherence to budget targets for workplace experience programs while achieving cost savings where possible. •Safety and Compliance: Full compliance with health and safety protocols, as evidenced by audits and incident-free reports. •Continuous Improvement: Implementation of new initiatives based on feedback and industry best practices, showing a proactive approach to enhancing workplace quality. New York Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Workplace Experience Manager position is $76,500 annually and the maximum salary for the Workplace Experience Manager position is $80,000 annually.
