We are looking for a highly motivated Workplace Experience professional to join our growing People Success team, focused on who we are, where we work & how we operate at ZoomInfo. In this role, you’ll focus on where we work. You will be driving innovative, integrated, and inspiring experiences for ZoomInfo making an impact on employees across the globe. 

In this role, you will be part of a team focused on delivering an extraordinary employee experience for all employees, no matter who they are or where they work. Think of yourself as the GM of our Vancouver Office. You’ll be responsible for creating programs and events to drive engagement and be a community leader within the space.

Additionally, we’re months away from opening our brand new multi-level office on the Vancouver Waterfront. Your first 90 days will be spent partnering with our facilities and real estate teams to help ensure a successful opening and transition to this new space.

What You’ll Do (Essential Functions) 

Build programs that motivate, inspire, and connect ZoomInfo employees across the globe and, as a result, increase overall employee engagement Serve as the primary on-site support and point of contact during on-sites, ensuring smooth execution, managing last-minute logistics, and addressing real-time needs of attendees and stakeholders. Manage the office experience budget; owning and executing the end-to-end yearly plan, including events, annual parties, employee celebrations, and more Work independently with cross-functional stakeholders, including real estate, design, IT, operations, accounting, and more, to help drive successful programming.  Work with the internal comms team on conveying relevant information using our brand voice and tone on both a local and global level. Play a pivotal role in large office activities, set-ups, maintenance (as needed), and office relocation.  Hospitality point of contact for employees working in the office. Greet them with a friendly and welcoming demeanor. Handle workplace-related needs throughout the space, including coordinating conference rooms, meeting and event logistics, digital signage, engagement events, office supply management, and other workplace-related activities. Acknowledge inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and co-workers. Provide solutions in a professional customer service manner + identify recurring patterns to develop strategies for service improvements. Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures. Notify appropriate parties to ensure the safety of all individuals in the building. Coordinate with vendors who supply services or goods to the workplace.

 

What You Bring (Required Qualifications)

5-7 years of experience in a similar position within a startup/ high-tech environment - a must Strong project management skills - significant and proven experience in planning, managing, and executing large-scale events with great attention to detail Strong organizational and time management skills Born with a hospitality/customer service mindset  Flexible, able to multitask, prioritize work, and work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and demanding environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Assertive and positive personality, great team player, people person Proactive and solutions-focused attitude Always willing to ‘roll up the sleeves’ and do what it takes to get the job done

 

Working Conditions

Normal office environment. Some travel may be required.

Below is the US base salary for this position. Additional compensation such as Bonus, Commission, Equity and other benefits may also apply.$86,400—$118,800 USD
